I would highly recommend this dealership. Recently I bought a car from them and had a wonderful experience. From the time I first contacted the sales person to the time they delivered my car to my home, everything went smoothly. They are very honest, knowledgeable and kind people. The best thing I liked about them is that they are not pushy. They let you make your own decisions.

From setting up the appointment to dropping the car off and pickup the folks in service were helpful and responsive to my questions and needs. They did a good job for me.

In this day of nameless, faceless big dealerships, it is refreshing to do business with a local dealership that seems to care about your problems and a willingness to actually help. When I had two flat tires in two days, Parkway Ford of Lexington loaned me a spare tire so that I could drive to Winston-Salem where I had purchased a new set of tires. They could have said,"You should have bought your tires here," but they didn't. They went above and beyond. I'll buy my next car here -- and maybe my next set of tires too!
